Privacy and personal data

Pre-release notice: product-specific transparency information. The controller's complete legal identity and independent legal sign-off remain required before commercial production.

1. Who runs Aura and contact

Aura is published under the Sikelia Labs project name. Privacy and data rights requests: info@sikelialabs.com. Sikelia Labs is a project name, not a separate legal entity. The full legal data-controller identity must be confirmed before commercial production.

2. Playing without an account

Gameplay is local-first; no Sikelia Labs account is required. This device may keep personal records, progress, preferences and ad frequency counters in browser storage (such as localStorage). Clear site/browser storage to remove them, noting this also removes your local game progress and settings.

3. Telegram and social features

When you open Aura through Telegram, Telegram may provide session data to the Mini App. Any separately enabled online social feature must validate session authenticity on a server. Native chat rankings, if activated, depend on a Telegram game-message context and may show Telegram display identities already available on that service. Local scores are never uploaded to official rankings without explicit action and server-side score verification.

4. Advertising

Approved test previews may show a non-monetized AdsGram diagnostic creative after frequency rules are met. AdsGram's SDK is loaded only when needed in the test Telegram context. Commercial advertising is off at this stage. Enabling it requires separate reviews of legal grounds, vendors, data transfers, age suitability, content categories and consent as required. Closing or failing an ad must never stop gameplay.

5. Third parties

Cloudflare delivers the site and may process technical connection and security data. Telegram processes data under its own privacy terms when you use the Mini App. AdsGram processes data under its own terms when its ad SDK is used. Please consult their official notices; we do not claim third-party processing happens only on your device.

6. Retention and controls

Local records remain until the site's storage is deleted. Any future online ranking will have a clearly disclosed retention and deletion policy before launch; it is not currently a live public world leaderboard. We do not automatically use your plays for profiling or marketing messages. Contact us to request access, correction, erasure and other applicable rights.

7. Young players

Aura is a general-audience game. You do not have to supply an age to play locally. Optional sharing and advertising must remain disabled unless the applicable laws, age limits and safeguards can be met. Consent age thresholds and provider restrictions depend on jurisdiction and purpose.
